VP WW Sales Asian Concentration
  This vital leadership position will be responsible for determining and developing the overall world wide sales strategy to introduce our revolutionary accelerometer products to Asian markets as well as strengthening relationships with existing key customers.

Responsibilities will include devising and developing revenue growth strategies and tactics that align with the company's market directions and product offerings, supporting revenue and design-win objectives by utilizing a team of global independent sales representatives and global distributors, developing sales and customers relations with key target customers, and identifying new market opportunities.

The ideal candidate must possess an entrepreneurial spirit and have a demonstrated success in introducing new products in to emerging consumer electronic products, automotive semiconductor markets or biomedical and aerospace markets and collaborate with the executive management team in developing corporate business objectives. Ability to speak Mandarin is required.

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (preferably BSEE) or equivalent required, plus a minimum of 15 years in a highly visible global sales management role selling to consumer electronic manufacturers, biomedical, aerospace and OEM automotive semiconductor customers. To be successful, this candidate requires an established global network of contacts primarily in Asia. Excellent technical customer interface, communication and presentation skills required. This position requires 80% international travel.

Skills: BSEE plus 15+years in high level technical sales preferably in the semiconductor industry.


Director of Mergers and Acquisitions
  The Director will be responsible for the planning and management of integration efforts for all acquired companies. This involves definition of scope, timing, teams and tasks. An ability to achieve buy-in from senior management and execute according to pre-determined parameters is essential.

The Director must be a strong leader and team builder, utilizing an energetic management style. He or she must be accustomed to working in a fast-paced, intellectually challenging environment. The successful candidate must have the ability to think strategically about the business and provide evidence of capability and experience to both manage this multi-functional array of responsibilities, and to demonstrate significant potential for future advancement to higher levels of management.

Duties and Responsibilities Overall responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

Will investigate and negotiate M&A opportunities in other high tech industries including biomedical and aerospace where out technology can be packaged with a new or existing product of higher profit margin and with a result of diversifying the business.

Develop corporate acquisition strategy informed by overall business goals and long term corporate vision.

Research business landscape and develop target candidate lists

Conduct competitive analysis to evaluate, filter and prioritize opportunities

Cultivate dialogue with key targets and manage the pace and progress of discussions

Identify and cultivate relationships with outside parties to further the company's acquisition goals

Perform strategic and financial analysis of potential targets, including valuation, due diligence activities, and negotiations

Coordinate necessary tasks to execute the mergers and acquisitions process with international internal business and financial teams, as well as with external legal, consultant, and investment banking support

Prepare briefing and discussion materials on recommended transactions for the CEO, CFO and for the Global Executive Team

Interact and serve as liaison with other global business units to get their support, or support their development strategy.

Create and execute well-defined integration plans consistent with business strategy, timelines and financial targets

Education and/or Experience

BSEE is required with experience in semiconductor industry related to systems design and development 10+ years of prior M&A or corporate development experience

Ability to incorporate strategic assessments of acquisition targets and their key capabilities

Ability to conduct negotiations and to defend buy sell proposals

Product Marketing Manager
  Belonging to our Global Product Marketing team, the Product Marketing Manager provides product line support for business strategy, sales readiness and channel support. This position requires close interaction with product development, regional marketing, Marketing communications, and sales management.

Duties include:
Identify and develop winning strategies to maximize success opportunity in high volume/growth market segments. Manage the entire product cycle by owning the product definition (MRD) and product development schedule for silicon and reference designs.

Plan, manage and execute product launches, working closely with Regional Marketing, Marketing Communications and Field organizations.

Develop sales tools and continually provide update on market and product news

Drive design-win activities with Sales team as well as working closely with strategic customers

Identify opportunities for growth at the customer, market segment, and regional levels.

Defining short and long-term business objectives for focus products and communicating to throughout the organization.

Identify and manage relationships with key partners

Perform market research and competitive analysis

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Electronics
  • Engineering. Master degree or higher is preferred.
  • 5+ years working experience for a components distribution company or semiconductor manufacturer. At least 3 years experience in product marketing position. Experience with semiconductor in Cell phone, consumer and automotive/industrial applications/market will be a plus.
