Developed, implemented and administered various departments for a chain of 10 Minute Oil Change centers. Areas of responsibility include financial management, personnel management, computer systems administration, public/customer relations, retail advertising and promotions, warehouse inventory control, various accounting functions. Similar duties as performed for Stonebridge Country Club.

Warehouse Inventory Control
Administrate Autolube Products warehouse inventory using MAS90 computer system. Warehouse inventory has average value of $31,000. and is based on LIFO costing system. Items purchased in bulk at reduced cost and resold to lube center locations with a modest mark-up. Review stock status, place orders, track usage and determine reorder points. Meet with vendors, review new products, obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, resolve billing problems. Track store usage of bulk oils, investigate usage irregularities, pin point shrinkage problems. Take incoming orders from lube centers, process sales orders, process invoices and produce monthly statements. Track backorders and ordering abnormalities.

Responsibilities: Recruit, screen, interview and hire non-exempt engineers, designers and other technical personnel. Directed a staff of five recruiters and administrative support personnel in the administration of 125 employees. Initiated training programs to insure the success of new recruiters. Coordinate personnel efforts with department heads. Raise, review and resolve personnel related problems. Employee hired primarily to work on AT&T and Raytheon in-house and off premise contract.
Recruiting: Complete responsibility for recruitment advertising including budget administration. Implementation of organizational systems to facilitate recruiting. Plan exhibits for job fairs both college and hi-tech. College and technical school recruiting included researching of sources and school information, delivery of company presentations and screening and tracking of applicants. Interface extensively with engineers and supervisors in defining technical requirements and future manpower needs.
Employee Management: Insure consistency in implementation of company policy. Resolve employee problems; review salary structures versus supply and demand for all technical classifications. Handle reference and employment checks, benefits administration and unemployment claims. Also process government security clearances for classified projects.
